I had over riped bananas and didn’t want to use them for a smoothie so I figured I’d make banana bread. I used Rachel Zoe’s recipe, which isn’t too sweet (perhaps because I omitted the chocolate chips). When I’m having muffins or specialty breads, I don’t like them to be too sweet, which is what I like about this recipe.

For the leftover banana bread, I’ll make banana bread french toast. YUM! I’ve had this at Bill’s Cafe in the South Bay and was a big fan of the dish.
